How quickly will I hear back after making my purchase?
This depends on what you bought. You should receive an email immediately no matter what you buy but here are some average waiting times for my major services.
Skype call – You should hear back from me within one business day from the transaction being processed. It is often sooner but rarely any longer. If you have any questions then you can ask them here.
Quick Consultation – We typically answer these submissions within the same business day that they are submitted.
Content Catalyst – This is our bread and butter package. In order to buy this you must first buy a quick consultation so that we can layout a plan of attack. That means that we will already have a working relationship with you if you are buying this package.
What if I want to stay on skype with you longer?
If I have time then we can just extend the session and I will send you a payment link during the conversation. If I am up against the clock then you may have to schedule another call.
